Got home from the hospital yesterday morning. Feeling much better than expected. However, I had a very long hyst-story post typed and almost ready to go when a bad keystroke sent it into oblivion, so I'm heading out before I use any unapproved language. I'll be back though!

I don't feel like I'm overdoing it. I'm rationalizing the fact that I go up and down stairs a few times a day makes up for the fact that I don't really get up and walk unless I want something.
