New to this board :)

Are any of the smokers on here on BHRT or HRT? I really want to quit smoking since it is "bad" to do while on BHRT/HRT, but I can't seem to find the will power to do it.

It is a bad thing to take hrt and smoke. Just smoking is bad for us. I confess that I am a smoker and on bhrt. Somehow we have find to find the willpower to do what is best for us and our body. Good luck! You'll find lots of support here in your quest to give up the cigs.

I am hrt and smoke too. I know that I need to quit but it is so hard. My daughter who is 6 tells me all the time that I need to quit. My hormone level are still out of whack. I go back to the dr Thursday and I thought I would talk with him about quitting. My sister-in-law quit with Wellbrution (ms sorry). So, I thought I would what he thought.
