Premarin cream & pessary use

I have had no surgery or procedures yet. I finally have a pessary that fits, hasn't fallen out, but looks like a baby pacifier (which is a sex problem, I'm trying to work out). I can hardly feel anything, I almost feel normal. Except, now I have stress incontinence. I am going to use this for as long as I can. I'm using a vaginal cream twice a week trimo-san. I was using premarin cream twice a week, but I started to feel my heart beating and stopped using it until I can find out what's going on. I've had an ekg, blood test and treadmill test all come out normal, so I guess that problem is ok. My question is, does anyone know how necessary the use of estrogen cream is when wearing a pessary. What are the advantages of the estrogen cream. My vaginal wall already collapsed along with my bladder and cervix. Any input would be appreciated.

Premarin cream & pessary use

Hi hopsey, that is the same pessary I ended up with although it didn't cause me stress incontinence. That probably means that when everything is put back, you will have stress incontinence so they may have to do a TVT or TOT. I couldn't have sex with mine in either and it took 4 days of being in for me to notice a difference - so I only used it for 3 weeks. I went ahead and scheduled surgery as the pessary let me know that surgery will help. I wish you the best. I still used my estrogen creme as I get extremely dry without it. Hugs.
