How long to "normal" --my dh is getting frustrated!!!!

I was wondering..I still have a lot of signs of too little estrogen...headaches..yeast infections..vaginal dryness..itching..mood swings..anxiety..etc etc etc...
Anyway..i have been on my Premarin . 625 for 2 weeks now..start the 3rd week tomorrow..how long will it take to feel "normal" again..the headaches are killing me..and causing horrible nausea..I can't get anything done i feel so bad...and I am in such a foul mood..had huge fight w/ dh last night...sigh..I just want to feel normal before my dh locks me away..he is getting fed up with me...big time!! I try to explain that i can't always control how i feel..and i don't choose to feel this way..but he doesn't listen...he thinks im insane..and his mom doesn't understand how hormones are related to menopause (?????)!!! of course..this is the same woman who thinks her son is lactose intolerant becuz he will only drink chocolate milk...(and thye think IM crazy??)....I just really don't know how much longer my dh will put up w/ me....he is getting very frustrated and thinking that its not the hormones..but me..
HELP!!!!!!!!!

It's not you. It's the Premarin. The Premarin is probably causing the headaches and nausea and Premarin is not helping the vaginal problems. Oral estrogens do not always make it to the vaginal area so an estrogen cream should be used. My suggestion would be to find a compounding pharmacist by going to www.iacprx.org. Then ask the pharmacist about the natural hormones and what doctors are writing them. You will probably benefit from the natural (bio-identical) hormones more than you would from Premarin.
