Need Energy

While I am feeling pretty good - I am exhausted completely after doing very simple things. I am almost 7 weeks and I am sleeping from about 10: p.m. to about 5 a.m. sometimes 4 a.m. and spend the next couple of hours nodding off and waking up agian. Some days, I just lay in bed and think then I just get up. If I nap during the day, I up later then 10. So I try really hard to go through the whole day without a nap - I look like a bobble head by 7 p.m. and can't keep my head up, I am beat.

Question: what would be a great vitiamin or something to take OTC to help me naturally get my energy level up.

Prenatal vitamins are perfect. They are chalk full of so many vitamins that will keep you going.

Need Energy

Hi Stevali,

I just turned today 6 wk post op. I have noticed for the past couple weeks since I have increased my activity I get so tired. I went out today with my DD running for 6 hours and just crashed when I got home. I don't know if it is cause we layed around so much early on and now increased our activity that it makes us more tired. I was not hardly tired at all early on, but now at 6 wks..yikes...very tired.

A good vitamin is centrum performance. I started taking them a couple weeks before surgery.

Good luck and may you get much more energy. Good night and sweet dreams to a sweet hystersister
