pillow police what's that?

having TVH on 6-4. what is all this talk about pillow police?

Not following your doctor's instructions. Doing too much too soon. Your body won't be able to handle this after major surgery. So.............you end up back in bed not feeling well at all. The Pillow Police puts you there.

Listen to your doctor & listen to your body and you will be fine.

If you break the rules, the pillow police throw you back in bed and your healing time takes longer. Don't go for this. Your body has 1 chance to heal properly---don't blow it.
