Anything scheduled for you this week (Nov. 13th) ??

I haven't received notification from anyone this week of any appointments for the week of the 13th.

As usual, if you have something scheduled, please respond to this thread so we can send you off with plenty of well wishes.

I get the results of my PET/CT on Tuesday with the RN Practitioner and we'll decide if I keep on Gemzar or have to switch. CA125 is slowly rising and I know there's disease in there from an emergency CT on 10/3 at the hospital. Cancerhead aplenty.

I'm seeing a uro-oncologist on Tuesday; referred to him by a uro-gynecologist who found lesions and blood in my bladder. He'll probably do biopsies, maybe schedule an MRI? I just want to know what's going on! Ok, and I want the bleeding and pain to stop too.
Hope everyone else's appointments go smoothly.

good Luck to all having treatments, tests, and exams this week. I am having a ca-125 and seeing my gyn/onc on the 16th, a month early due to those pesky cancerhead symptoms I had in October, most of which have dissipated by now :0)

Im having my op on Monday 20th, laprascopic removal of my last ovary and it's best pal (8cm cyst!). Gyn/onc is quite confident that the biopsy will be benign, as my CA125 was very low (13) although I have had hyst 2 years ago, so I thought the norm was low anyway for a woman with no womb? also having 2 small vaginal cysts removed at the same time. Im feeling much more confident after my consultation, got my birthday as well tomorrow, but will leave the celebrating until after my op! (results allowing!) God Bless you all XXX

Weekly bloodwork, and an appointment with my ob/gyn to talk about hormones, chemo's affect on them, and why I don't care about sex anymore. (haven't even had my TSA/BSO yet) Fun stuff!
