Mini periods

HOw many of you have had mini periods have your hysterectomy?

Since I had my cervix removed, I don't have mini periods. Women who keep their cervix and ovaries have a possible chance to have a mini period from the uterine lining still attached to the cervix.

I have mini-periods as I kept my cervix and ovaries and they are absolutely nothing. Even 'mini' is an exaggeration! I just look upon it as a good indicator that my ovaries are still working.

I've only passed 2 would-be cycles, but no mini-period here. I know my doc cauterized my cervix too though. Oh, and I do have my ovaries.
