Recovery Progress Reports

The sticky on the top of the message board page is such a great idea!

Why is there not one for the time of my surgery just 4-5 weeks ago?? Am I missing something?

I was wondering the same thing! 5 week anniversary today and I'd love for us all to be able to compare how we are doing!

I just finished a 30 minute slow treadmill walk (1 mile) and hope I don't get sore. How is everyone else doing?

Start one and label it for your dates, starting on a Monday. ALthough it won't be stickied, it would be a place for you to reply and keep up with each other.

We started this project of "progress reports" on Dec first and went back just one week to get it started. I'm happy to report its a great success. If your surgery was prior to nov 27th, you can start a progress report for your week. Just label it the same as the others...and date it based on the Monday of the week.
