Headaches and don't want to take HRT

I Am Not On Any Hrt And Had A Headache For 4 Weeks I Don't Know What To Do About It. I Do Not Want To Take Hrt Mom Had Cancer And Heart Promblems..
Any Advise Something Natrual Maybe?? Thanks

I am sorry you are having headaches. I would see my dr to be sure it is not hormone related. He may have some suggestions on what to do if you do not want to take hrt.

I too was getting headaches. I am not on any hormone meds. It has been some time now since my last headache. If you want to try it w/o hrt, go for it. I had my tah all plumbing removed in sept and have been feeling great!! I still will have some hot flashes...nothing to bad. good luck and happy new year!!

I do bioidentical hormones, natural replacement. I had migraines, terribly up until hyst. The bioidentical now that we have the right levels is working great. Find a naturopath, acupuncturist or homeopath in your area who can help you with this. Good luck!
