One week to go and so scared need support

Next Wed I have the bowl prep which sounds just terrffic and then 1/4 it's a TAH/BSO for a sepatated cyst. I am post menopause and had D/C in Aug for bleeding and polyps.I don't like the thought of being under that long and then having to be in the castle 3 to 5 days.Never mind the pain.Since I am over weight that also bothers me thinking about complications.I have a great gyn.onc she is terriffic but I am still scared enough to think of cancelling.I guess I should mention that my aunt and her daugther passed away for ovarian cancer and my sister at 55 (NOW MY AGE) had a precancer cyst removed and needed a TAH also.I have my hubby at home and mom to help me. I also suffer from anxeity and panic attacks depression so this is making things worst.I don't know if I can to do this.Was suppose to have dec 13th but had to cancel due to moving into new home.

I remember feeling that way too. Don't cancel. Beleive it or not.. waiting is thr worst part. You will be so happy when it is over.

You can be strong and do this, and you will feel so proud once it is over. Put yourself into the hands of the doctors and nurses, let your family assist in your recovery, and enjoy the new you.
