help me!!feeling fat and sore!!

I am glad you are seeing your doctor tomorrow. It is possible you have returned to work a bit early and your body is protesting. Many women who have had an abdominal hyst are off work for 6 weeks to allow everything to heal quite a bit.

As you ease back to your normal routine, it is possible to have more swelling and soreness, so it is important to add only a few tasks at a time to see how your body responds.

I wish you the best and hope your doctor has some advice and help tomorrow! Try to take it easy today if you can, maybe get your feet up. Keep us posted!

help me!!feeling fat and sore!!

Did you return to work full time? That might be part of the issue. Many ladies have found that returning part time for the first little bit lets their body ease back into their normal work routine. Just moving around, being on your feet, etc. can cause your body to rebel on you, even several weeks out from your hyst. You are not alone at all!

in there!
