I know it sounds funny but........

A GREAT food for getting your inside moving is POPCORN! It doesnt sound like it would be, but TRUST ME, it is!!!!!! It almost even sounds constipating with the kernals and such. But my OB/GYN suggested it. And BAM! I was in the bathroom doing my thing! I have never been so happy to do it either! If you are desperate, try it! My mom, who hasnt had a hysterectomy, was so impressed with how fast it worked she tried it herself. She has had constipation problems all her life. She said she cannot believe how fast it helped her! So, if you are scared or in pain, what have ya got to lose!? GOOD LUCK!

Everyone is different, for me popcorn is constipating. Glad you found something that works for you!

I know it sounds funny but........

Corn - comprised of cellulose which is a plant material - can't be digested by the human body -- you need to drink lots of water for it to work as intended.

Even better - whole kernel corn...

Warning-if you are going to try popcorn for constipation, try a small amount at first. It has the opposite effect on me and is very painful when it passes through, so just make sure you don't eat too much the first time you try it. Wait and see what effect it has on you before eating a big bowl.

It works for me too. I think its that hit of fiber. It's not harsh at all, but it just seems to make me go.
