night sweats

anybody have any ideas why I sweat at night?... it seems once I have been asleep and wake up I heat up from top to toe sometimes seems like moving in the bed triggers this as well I am fine during the day and on bio-indenticals so cant figure this out and the pharmacy can not as well..??

It could be that your levels fluctuate at night, thus causing the sweating. How often do you use your hrt? It could be that your hormones aren't lasting you the full time so splitting your dose might help.
