UFE procedure

Hi everyone....Just a quick question, did anyone with fibroids try a UFE procedure before the hysterectomy?...Just curious. I'm scheduled for my hysterectomy next Friday, but its something I keep thinking of.

My doctor offered it as an option that I considered, but in the end I selected the hysterectomy. I'm 50, and I do not want kids, so I decided on the surgery and have had no regrets. However, if you are thinking about this as an option, discuss it with your doctor and see if it is something that might be right for you. You don't want to have any regrets after it's done, so now is the time to consider all your options.
