Overdid it

I got the okay to drive and return to work on light duty at 4 weeks. Of course yesterday I felt so good I cooked a meal and had company. OOOPS. I am feeling more discomfort than I had, and now am worried I did some internal damage.
Received the swelly belly band and will put it to good use today and will definitely take it easy!

Overdid it

If you are running a fever, queasy or have a specific area of severe pain (isolated pain) or if you with significant bleeding, I would head to ER. Otherwise, if you are still feeling like you overdid it on Monday, I would call your Dr.

The body is a wonderful thing....it really tells us when we need to stop and listen. It also is very forgiving when we make minor oversteps.

Best wishes in your continued recovery,

Julie

Overdid it

Thanks for those reassuring words. I do trust my body to heal, but know I must learn to slow down a bit(a good lesson for the rest of my life!). I do not have bleeding or a fever, so I think I pulled something a bit.
