Uterine fibroid embolization

I opted for the UFE and am happy with the results so far. ( 2 UFE's in 2004) uterus was at 20 week size with too many to count fibroids. There has been a relief of the bulk symptoms and I feel that I would like to try to keep the uterus. I get yearly checkups and the uterus is still large ( 15 week size) but the fibroids are dead and calcifying.
No other issues and the UFE was quick, I was back to work in 3 days. I still have periods and can go thru menopause naturally.
