so dry, natural remedies for this?

I am new to the no hormone thing and I have mixed feelings. My biggest complaints are night sweats and dryness. Not just vaginal dryness but skin, hair , eyes, you name it. What can I do? I do not want to take estrogen replacement and I am looking for a natural way (vitamin of some sort). What has worked well for any of you out there?

Fish oil or flax oil capsules can help with dryness. Vitamin E might help you with hot flashes, and taking calcium supplements with magnesium.

You might want to start eating soy or drink soy milk, and foods with phytoestrogens in them like carrots, apples, etc.

Exercise on regular basis so the hormones you do have are better circulated in the body.
