How much progesterone do you use?

To those who are using progesterone cream, do you mind me asking how much progesterone cream you are using? I use a 5% cream 40 to 50 milligrams. Thanks.

How much progesterone do you use?

Ohiolady,
I currently use approximately .50 ml of a 5% cream. Not sure how that compares to mgs as I am terrible at the conversion stuff. I will say that I use way less than I did initially. In the beginning I think my body did need more progesterone, but do believe that the progesterone has a build up effect and as it builds up less is than needed.

How much progesterone do you use?

Thanks ladies. I sometimes think I'm using a little too much. I've used it now for 9 years. Something to think about.
