anyone using femring?

Doctor is recommending Femring for me. Is anyone out there on it and if so, how do you feel about it Anything I should know?

anyone using femring?

I've been using Femring for about 2.5 years now. I use the low dose, .05 mg per day. I like the convenience of inserting it and forgetting all about it. I still feel hot above the neck at times but I do pretty well on this and I sleep well most of the time. I tried estradiol pills and various patches but I did not absorb the estrogen well, according to my doc.
