Finally good news!!

I went back for my ten day check up yesterday regarding my vaginal cuff wound (took ten days of abx) and by the grace of God she said i don't have to have a second surgery after all. It is now the size of a dime and she thinks after another two weeks of abx it will be smaller...great but what about the yeast infection Anyway, i will take yeast over surgery any day!! My hubby still doesn't have the green light yet so he wasn't quite as excited as i was. I was very anxious about the exam yesterday and reminded my doctor when she came in that this was a LOOK ONLY visit! (she had moved me to a procedure room when i got there and my heart began racing like crazy). She laughed and put her hands in her pocket and said she promised...that didn't last long! But it wasn't as bad as I thought! What a long exhausting road but thankfully I see the end in sight (I hope). Thank you ladies so much for continued support and wonderful information!! I am so thankful for this website.
