No Hormones -Taking vitamins only

Hello everyone! I took Premarin for approx. 1 year have been off of it for 5 months now. Clear thinking above all is the greatest part! However, I now am dealing with fatigue and get nauseated very easily and on a daily basis. I wake 2 - 3 times a night. I get tired very easily during the day. Does anyone have a recommedation of something "all natural" or a diet hint that I can take to give me energy during the day - BUT I must get more sleep at night too!! I am presently taking 1500 calcium, One A day with energy boost & cod liver oil. No hot flashes, no mood swings, occasional dry (down there)basically, I feel ok, but want that burst of energy all day long like I use to have!!!! - I do have 60+ lbs to loose but with the fatigue, I do good just getting out of bed and not laying down during the day!! Ready to find that "old" me again!! Any help would be so greatfully appreciated...

I just read something out something called Bragg Apple Cider that you can get at GNC. I am going to try it myself and see how it works. A lot of people are swearing by it.

Hope it helps

There are several things that may help boost energy , flax seed oil, ginkgo biloba, ginseng, ginger. I would try one at a time to see if it agrees with you.

Here is a link on the different things to help with fatigue:

I like the herbal teas that are specifically for energy, they have some of these herbs in them. You can find them in the health food sections of grocery stores or health food stores or Vitamin Shoppe.

sleep at night

you said that you needed more sleep at night, I would like to suggest MELATONIN to you. You can find it anywhere along with the vitamins. It is NOT a sleeping pill, it only helps the relax you so that you can rest. You could take it, and if you had to get up and drive it would not impair you at all. Your body produces what is called Seratonin. Melatonin mimics the endorphines from seratonin. It is completely safe, but you should check with your own dr before you start taking anything new.
