Trying to exercise

I have finally started working out again. My problem is now when I exercise I will have a painon my left side like where the ovary is. I do still have my ovaries but they are not work at 100%. Is this something I should talk with the dr or is it that I am that out of shape.

It could be that you're out of shape, maybe overdoing the exercise to start with or doing the exercises incorrectly. However, It never hurts to check with the doctor when a new pain develops to be sure. Let the doc determine if you're doing something wrong or if something else is going on.
