Cancer Concerns Appointments Week of March 5

This Friday is my 4th chemo session - the doctor is having me cut back on the decadron 'cause he says it raised my blood sugar. And I'll get another neulasta shot this round too. Good luck to all this week!

On Tuesday I have my first treatment at the Hershey Cancer Unit with my gynie/oncologist. Since I was scheduled late after insurance approval came through my treatment isn't until 2PM which will make a late day with two hours drive home after the treatment. I will be beginning Doxil according to the chemo nurse.

32Diva is having her 3rd chemo treatment on Friday.

Good luck all on this weeks treatments.

As you know, I will be having the Big Kahuna on Tuesday. Right now on liquids and laxatives. Could you guys hear my explosions last night? Had to change pjs 3 times...oh, my!!!!

Tomorrow I take 3 sessions of antibiotics, clear liquids, medicated scrub, enema and douche....getting personal here. Guess they do not want me bringing my germs into the hospital.

Got over my big panic attack yesterday am and am kinda numb right now. Daughter, Jackie, here which makes me feel safer. She is a surgical medical assistant and very bossy...lol.

Say a prayer for me and I will let you all know how it went as soon as possible.
