Pathology and surgery reports

Did anyone request a copy of the pathology report and the surgery report? I don't think I've read of anyone requesting the surgery report, but I think it could be pretty interesting. I've read only a few messages about the pathology report. What will you (or did you) request?

I requested both the pathology and surgical reports and the pathology report from my D&C.
It told me the size of the tumor, who actually operated on me. That the sponges were counted twice and accounted for.

I plan on asking for a copy of mine at my post-op appointment next week. I want it not just for my curiosity but for any other dr.s that may need it down the road.

I got mine from the doctor! Very interesting. I would recomend getting a copy.

I asked my doctor for a copy of the surgery report. He asked if I wanted a copy of the pathology report too because they pretty much go hand in hand. So he gave me both.

I didn't have to ask, my dr. gave them to me when I went in for my post op checkup! He said that he does that for every patient whether they ask for it or not.
