5 hours and counting....

So I even went to bed early and I woke up ready to go at three am. I have to be at the hospital at eight. So now what do I do for the next five hours????? I want to thank you all for your advice and emotional support. I am not exactly calm but not scared stiff. I promise to let you all know how things went when I get home.

Good luck!! I'll be thinking of you today! Just keep in mind how much better you'll feel after a few weeks recovery! That's what I'm trying to do! When you get a little strength back let us know how you're doing.

autismadvocate good luck today i am down to the wire to 6 hours to go i got up had my last cup of tea after 6am can not drink anything and took my shower i am ready. I am getting the last of the house together and things ready before we have to leave at 10:00am. I also want to thank you all for your support if it was not for this website i would be totally lost and scared to death but i am not i am ready to go to the other side and be freeeeeeeeeeee. Thanks again for the great support you guys have given me will report as soon as i am home and can sit.

I can tell you one thing they dope you up in the hospital so much i didnt feel much pain at all and by the time i got home the pain was not even near as bad as monthly crippling cramps. Be nice toyourself and take gas medicine once the gas goes away its smooth sailing.

I would recommend going back to sleep-that way you don't think of food and drink that you can't have. Good luck and many blessings

There is no way I am going back to sleep. No big deal. I am just watching the news and lounging on the couch. My poor DH is upstairs sawing logs!!!! But he promised me we would cuddle before we have to get up for good. Looking forward to that!!!
