Vaginal Vault Prolapse

Hi I am looking for some help from anyone who has had the above condition I have just been told by the doctor this is what is wrong with me and I am concerned as I feel I should be able to walk without pain I am truly finding walking really awful and think could it also be something more,or is this normal.
Any help would be great thank you.

SeaJay I had the same thing, but mine was because of a complication of my surgery. I think they would do the same surgery pull everything up back inside of you. The recovery was same as when I Had my hyst.
But it took me longer becauses having 2 surgerys within 6 weeks.
