this feels like my period is going to start??

Hello ladies, I had my TAH two years ago next month. For the most part I was happy with how it worked out.
My doc was great to me!! I had many health issues right after and a few trips back into the hospital I made it through. I have another post on here about my lumpy stomach and scar area which I believe to be adhesions and scar tissue. They hurt!! But my new thing lately is I feel like I am going to start my period. I am cramping and it feels just how it used too on my period. Almost makes me want to double over on the bed. I do not know what this is or if related. Does anyone feel this way?? LET ME KNOW. I NEED TO GO IN TO SEE MY DOC! I am leary that my only ovary is failing. He did not think it would last too long. LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU LADIES THINK!!
SOMETIMES i feel crazy

Hi!

I think getting to see your doctor is a good idea. It sounds like you're in a lot of pain! Do you think it's the endo acting up? I've never had endo, but I've read plenty of posts from women who have experience with it--even post-op.

Let us know what your doctor says, okay?

I'm sending s!

this feels like my period is going to start??

I do not have an appt until May 4th. I am just hanging out waiting for an answer to the way I feel. I will let you know what he says. I am sure he will give me an ultrasound which will mean more time to wait
I hate waiting....

Well I hope your apt in May goes well.
I too feel the same way lately. For me it is cyclical.
I know the adenomyosis is gone. But wonder if the endometrios is acting up with the fluctuating hormones from the overies still being there....
Just a thought... but I know it CAN happen when you have endometriosis.

Cool - this feels like my period is going to start?? this feels like my period is going to start??

I have thought about it being more endo but hope not. I also do want to keep the only ovary I have for as long as I can. My other thought is that since I also seem to have pressure down there that maybe something has slipped....prolapsed a little. I know it is very common but I don't lik ethis feeling. I really can live with alot but hate the feeling of cramps when I know I am not starting a period. I am waiting for my appt. I hope I get the info I am looking for. You have similar issues? Do you have any ovaries left? There are many things that could be going on. I have been also been having other health concerns and really want to feel better. I feel like I am going in the wrong direction. I feel overwhelmed and stressed so my family doc did start me on wellbutrin so hopefully by the time I go to my gyno I will not be this crazed woman
...hahaha!! Take care of yourself!
