Wink - It can happen to anyone It can happen to anyone

A year ago, my husband and I found out we were having our third child. My first OB appointment, we went ahead and did my yearly check up. I have gone every year to have paps, and they have always came back okay. Except this time. How could they have missed it before? Cervical Cancer??? CIN 3??? My husband and I decided we were going through with the pregnancy anyway. My oncologist saw me through the entire 9 months and I delivered a georgeous baby girl. Afer her birth, we started all the treatments. Not only didn't they work, but my cancer grew. Cancer is like a roller coaster that never ends. I have good days and bad days. It can happen to anyone. I tell my girlfriends all the time to make sure they go yearly and get checked. You never know when it might pop up. I am getting ready to have my surgery on the 11th of next month, and am grateful. I have 3 georgous children, a husband and a dog that depends on me everyday. I hope this works. I have so much to live for and so many people living for me. So, for those women who may not have gone every year like we are told to do, don't beat yourself up. Cancer is not prejudiced. It can happen to the best of us!!
