Achieving Orgasm after Hysterectomy

I am three months post op from my hysterctomy. I dont have many compaints about sexual intercourse since the surgery. This is the first one really. I am having a problem achieving a orgasm during oral sex. It seems like it takes me forever sometimes. And other times it happens in no time. Any ideas of what might be causing this? It frustrates me and I am not sure about my spouse he hasnt said anything. Is this a side effect of my surgery and how long before it comes back normal. Once we have intercourse I can achieve it with him almost at the same time. Its so much more intense than it was before. Its just the foreplay part that I am having problems with. Hope I am not to graphic here. Thanks for any help.

Well, I don't have an answer for you, but I know it can be frustrating when our responses change. I found that it became more difficult for me to respond altogether, but it has gotten better over time.
