Cancer Concerns prayers needed

Hello prayer warriors,

One of the gals over on Cancer Concerns has made a very important decision to stop cancer treatment and go into Hospice Care.

Ellen has been an amazing inspiration to many. She is strong and funny, caring and sensitive. She has been a strong advocate for Ovarian Cancer Awareness, tirelessly pushing for more and more gynecologists to send their patients suspected of having OVCA to a gynecological Oncologist for the most thorough testing, surgery and treatment. She has done much on behalf of the Ovarian Cancer community.

Ellen sounds wonderful in her recent posts and is at peace with her difficult decision. I believe in hope and miracles and the power of prayers, so I come to you because I know the power of the HS prayer team.

Please pray for Ellen, for strength and peace and yes, even for a healing.

Thank you for opening up this opportunity to pray for Ellen and all of our sisters in CC. You all hold a special place in our hearts. It's an honor to bring you before the Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father we pray for Ellen today. Thank you for the blessing she is to us and to this community. She has shown us what courage is and offered encouragement even in the midst of her own difficulties. She means so much to us and we would ask you to lift her up and sustain her. Give her strength and if it be your will to even heal her. We know nothing is too hard for you.

We trust that the plan you have for her is good and You know the big picture of her life. Help us to see that bigger picture and to trust in Your goodness. Help us be an encouragment to her now. Show her how much she is loved, even by those who haven't known her well. Surround Ellen with people who love her and let your peace fill her heart and mind. Provide for her every need.

Beyond this, Lord, I ask you to comfort those who might be fearful of the future. Reveal yourself to us and help us understand eternity and what you have in store for us with you.

K-9, I am so glad you came here asking for prayer for Ellen. The prayer board also knows Ellen very well. I join you in praying that the Lord will heal Ellen, that she will be granted peace and freedom from pain. I am praying that Ellen will be one of those patients who will
need to be discharged from Hospice due to becoming healthy again.

Sweet and Merciful Master we are bowing before you, cradle our dear sister ((((Ellen))))in your tender gentle grip, she needs your divine touch, go to her right now, soothe her pain, comfort her heart, if you would, please bless her with your healing miracle, her to remain strong, give her your guidance, wisdom and endurance, continue to walk with her through this difficult journey, keep your tender loving arms around her cc sisters, hold them together as they support Ellen and try to deal with their many struggles with Cancer, surround them and Ellen with your Spiritual love, out pour your Holy blessings on each of them, let your will be done, in your precious name, Amen.
