Lots of Intercessory Prayer Needed please

Things are not so well here...

I can't go into specifics, but we are having some serious problems here. DH is having some serious financial issues with one of his rental properties because the mortgage company has done some rather unscrupulous things, and we are facing severe financial problems because of that within our own home. On top of that, my office did not bring in enough to pay the office bills and with me trying to recover from surgery the burden is being felt and the fear is creeping in.

To make matters worse, we all seem to be at each other's throats. youngest DS is making some unwise choices and DH is being intolerant at best. I am battling anger and disappointment at them both and Oldest DS is just being plain lazy. My recovery is not going to go well if something doesn't give- I am convinced that Satan is attacking us since we are weak and everyone seems content to sit back and let it happen.

So, if anyone has some time, please send up intercessory prayers for us. I'm to the point where I'm so overwhelmed I don't know what to pray for anymore. All I want is for us to have our house in order.

So much for the family sticking together and pampering this princess...I've been thrown into a battlefield.

I can relate all too well to much of what you have shared here. I'm sorry you're having to go through this, especially now while you're recovering. The storms of life never can come at a perfect time, but I can say with assurance that God is there in the storm with you and will see you through, as surely as He came to the disciples on the sea of Galilee that stormy night long ago. Look to Him and stay strong in your faith and He will make sure you are all brought safely to the shore.

Dear Father I bring this sister and her family before you this morning asking that You reveal yourself to them in a new and fresh way. Revive their hearts and strengthen their faith to see You and what you want to teach them through this difficult time.

I ask you to speak to their hearts the words they need to hear to find courage and to draw closer to you. Don't allow despair and worry to pull them apart, but let it draw them closer to one another and to You. Show them that You are their provider by meeting every need in ways they would never have suspected. Help these parents use this time to point their sons to The Only One who can really save and provide and keep us in good times and when difficult times come in our lives. Let Your Spirit of peace fill their home. Help them to pull together now in a unity they may never have known before. Help them be strong together and in You. We ask this in Your mighty name. Amen.

Please take good care of yourself now. Don't let anything cause you to jeapardize your healing. You need to make yourself a priority right now. This will all sort out in time. I'm praying for all of you.
