did not break threw muscle layer what does that mean

Went for 2 week check up today and the doctor said that I had a small patch of cancer but it did not break the muscle layer anyone know what that means he said I did not need any futher treatment I did go to a cancer center they did a tvh and bso but first it was complex focial with atipa in the urturse which the first doctor I had seen said it was precancer cells and today the cancer center told me that it did not break the muscle cells. Sorry i know I spelled some of the words wrong but I know you can still read it.

Camlott, What the doctor is saying is that the cancer was only in the wall of the uterus in the endromertial cells. It did not grow into the muscle of the uterus so it did not go to other areas of your abdomen. It was confined in the uterus. Very good news for you! That means you will not have to do any chemo or radiation. Ophelia

That is what he said no chemo or anything eles but he did not want to put me on hrt for now I told him i don't want them anyway but I thought they put a stage on it he did not tell me a stage. Thanks you very much for the news you just told me i was worried about it.
