It's been one year!

Yesterday was my one year anniversary. It's been a long time since I've been here. And I just wanted to stop in and say thanks to everyone for the support you gave to me last year when I needed it. This is a wonderful place with wonderful people. And to all of you that are days or weeks into recovery, remember to be gentle to yourself and be patient with your recovery. You'll feel sooo much better in the end. I know I do. I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to go out and not worry that I have to hurry back home because it's that time of the month or I can't go away because it's that time of the month. I have my life back!
