Waiting for the healing is just as hard as waiting for the surgery itself, IMO. I was glad to have it done in April because I knew the weather would help with my mental recovery. But it's also hard to sit back and not be able to do everything. I sound like I am whining so I better shut up. In a few months when those weeds laugh at my round up I will wish I had an excuse to not be outside in the heat! LOL

It will be a 3-day endeavor so I won't be sitting for more than an hour or so at a time, then will come back inside my nice air conditioned house and check on your ladies. Saturday will be take the plants out and drain the pond with me just supervising. Plants (water lillies, etc) will then be placed in kiddie pool with water and my ONE fish that didn't die while I was in the castle. Sunday, scrubby day and begin repotting plants. Monday, refill and replace plants. It's not a huge pond, about 12' X 14' and 18" deep with a 4' waterfall but I have to get it cleaned up so I can replace all my beautiful koi and fantails that I lost.
