Nose Bleed

Hi I had my hysterectomy two years ago this August. I was having nose bleed occasionally then but now I have it fairly often. Sometimes its very regular like at the end of each month like a period. It usually last for just a very short time. Then I may not have it again for a month or two. I just had it awhile ago. Not alot just a tiny bit. Sometimes its more. I am currently taking the Bioidentical Hormones in cream form. I was off of any hormone for awhile just to see how I would do. The hot flashes got so bad I had to go back on it. Its worse now that summer is here. I mentioned it to my Dr, she said it was a vascular problem. Its odd that I have it on the same side as I usually have my migraines. I only bleed out of the left nostril. Had really bad hot flashes yesterday and flushing. I wondered what was up since I usaully dont have so many in one day. I wondered if the nose bleed today was connected with the many hot flashes yesterday. Can anyone enlighten me on this and had anyone expereinced nose bleed.
