Positive Recovery story!

I am 6 weeks post-op and feel terrific! I want to reassure you ladies with hesitations that not everyone has a bad experience!! I now have no pain, no bleeding (and actually only spotted the first day), and my energy is better than ever! At about the 3-4 week point I felt like I was never going to function at 100% again (physically or emotionally)--then magically the next thing I knew I felt fantastic! I can't remember the last time I hurt, I can't remember the last time I HAD to take a nap to get through the day...I feel wonderful! To top it all off, the sex is more amazing than ever (sorry if that was TMI for some of you).

I know it doesn't work this way for everyone--but there is a chance it could happen to you! There is a light at the end of the tunnel--and sometimes the tunnel is only a few feet long...not 10 miles! Good luck to you all--I hope you have a wonderfully short journey ahead as well!! Luv ya!

Wow - Laura! Thanks so much! Glad to hear you're doing well. This is very inspiring because at week 3/4 I'm starting to think things won't ever get better!
I'll keep hoping to feel like you soon!
