Headaches
My surgery was June 7th, and I have done very well. I had both ovaries removed. I have not had any HRT yet because my mother had ovarian cancer and grandmother had breast cancer. I have had some hot flashes but nothing bad. The worst thing is the headaches every day. This is not something I did before the surgery. I just wondered if anyone else is having the same problem. Is there something I can do? I'm terrified to take hormones ,but I don't think I can take the headaches. Can some one give me some advice?

Headaches
I am sorry you are having headaches, that must be awful thing to deal with on daily basis. Your hormones may be fluctuating and causing this, but until you see a dr then you will not know for sure.
I would see a neurologist to be sure what is causing it and then see what he suggests for prevention, treatment , etc.
I hope you get some relief soon.

Headaches
I know how you feel, because I am also suffering from daily headaches. On June 13th I had my last remaining ovary removed as well as some endometeriosis removed. I am not on any hormones, so the hot flashes, night sweats and headaches have started. Tomorrow I will see my OBGYN and see what he has to say about the headahes. I've found that Aleve seems to help with the headaches, but I am really getting sick of them as I am sure you are. Talk to your doctor, hopefully he/she as some help for you. Good Luck, take care..........

Headaches
I have no idea why this is so, but it seems to be......I had headaches after coming home from the hospital for four days in a row. On the next day, I began taking my liquid vitamin B complex. No headaches. Yesterday I forgot to take it. Yep, my headache came back. I took it this morning--no headache.
Vitamin B complex is usually for energy, and I have taken it for years when my memory was off. I'm not sure why it would be relieving my headaches or if it would help yours. I started it up again after surgery to ward off mental fog.
Best wishes.
