Premarin Cream

Does anyone use Premarin cream for vaginal dryness and itching? I was supposed to be using it 2 grams twice a week and of course didn't follow through very well with it and now I am sorry I didn't because I am having problems.

The question I have, and this might be too much information, is, Does anyone use it and then it plops out into the toillet in the morning in one big white glop instead of staying inside the vaginal area and absorbing or dispersing? If this is happening, would it mean I was not getting the benifits from it I should be?

I don't use Premarin cream ,but another estrogen cream that can be messy as well.

I figured out if I use it when I am up and awake and moving around it massages in and I don't have the mess like if I put it in at night before bed. I also started with 2grs. once a week per dr, but ended up using a little over 1 gr. a week instead.

If it is coming all out, you are not getting much use from it.

You may ask dr for another type if the cream does not work for you.
