Birth Control Pills For HRT

Hello ladies -

Does anyone out there use birth control pills for HRT and/or relief of menopause symptoms? My doctor suggested trying the Ortho Tri-cyclen which has a little estrogen and a little progesterone. Any comments or thoughts would be appreciated!

i start Loestrin 24 Fe Birth Contorl Pill for about 15 days. for me i symptoms get worse. Bloating & Breast pain was way too much. I stoped after 15 days & go to my GYN. Now he gave me low dose of Prometrium 100mg that Progesterone. i am going to only eat for 14 days than i will stop. Every month he was me to do this for while to see how i am handling this. if this suits me than i will countine this for 30days evey month.
