biest cream what dose?
One thing to know if the dosage amount is right for you is to increase by a small amount about every two weeks. When you start experiencing hormone excess symptoms (headache, nausea, swelling of hands and feet, tender breasts), then you know that amount is too much for you and you go back down to the previous dose, which may have been the right dose. You stay on this dose for awhile and then have your levels tested if you feel it's necessary. Trish found in her research that even small amounts of estradiol (0.5mg) can be protective. From your description of your bi-est, I'm not sure what strength you're on. I think the 80/20 means 80% estriol and 20% estradiol but it doesn't give the amount. Usually the strengths are 0.625mg, 1.25mg and 2.5mg. Do you see that anywhere? Are you on progesterone?
