Switching HRT too quickly? Premarin vs Estratest

I am at the 6 week point following TAH/BSO. I requested and got HRT within 48 hours of surgery. I was started on the lowest dose of Premarin. But I feel moody, weepy and fatigued. Today I asked and recieved a change of HRT to Estratest because I had read in a number of sources that it may have a positive effect on mood.

Any feed back anyone has on Estratest effect on mood and if anyone thinks I need to hang in there longer with one HRT would be appreciated
