Have you tried this low libido supplement?

I started this supplement last week. I started it for low libido, but it seems to address other issues too. I have noticed that my libido is a bit higher. I don't know if the other things it mentions are better or not, because I never noticed a problem before. As for hrt, I had one patch at the hospital and nothing since. (I will be six weeks post op tomorrow.) Have any of you heard of or tried any of these?

Maca root extract: Included as MacaPure®, a potent, standardized, high-quality form of maca root, used as a natural aphrodisiac by native Andean people. Maca root (sometimes referred to as Peruvian ginseng) may also help with vaginal dryness and menopause symptoms.

Ashwagandha root extract: Ashwagandha is a popular Indian herb that promotes stress relief, calmness and positive mood.

Ginkgo biloba extract: May help improve blood circulation throughout the body and to the brain. Ginkgo has also been shown to have positive effects on mood and alertness.

Rhodiola rosea extract: Considered an "adaptogen," which means it works primarily as an endurance booster. Also known as Golden Root, rhodiola rosea may help combat fatigue and promote mental clarity.

Eleuthero root extract: Held in high esteem in China, eleuthero root is a member of the ginseng family that may have beneficial effects on stamina and help ease feelings of stress.

Catuaba bark extract: Used in Brazilian medicine as a natural aphrodisiac. It's considered a central nervous system stimulant that promotes increased sex drive and feelings of sensuality.

Have you tried this low libido supplement?

I've tried Maca Root and thought it DID work - not only for low libido but also mood enhancement in general!

Have you tried this low libido supplement?

Thanks. I haven't noticed a mood change since surgery, but I don't want to either. I've made it eight weeks without HRT. Hopefully, the maca and other ingredients will be all that's needed. Thanks for replying.

Have you tried this low libido supplement?

I don't think it's as instant as viagra. Sorry. I take one in the morning and one at night. It doesn't get me revved and going but at least I am not opposed to the idea when I am taking my supplement. It is called Women's Passion Booster.

Good luck.

I had the best results after taking MACA for 2 weeks - usually one in morning and nite or just one at nite (get busy etc). I use a supplement called Zalestra - I found it here on hystersisters last year - are some postings about it. Love it !!
