Sisters please pray for me ... I need medicine for this anxitey I get from the estrogen, it is bad.... The progestrone does not help, it makes me so tired and sad, I was on Bellergal with estrogen and it really helped me, but they took it off the market,... I need help, with something to take so I can take the estrogen with out estrogen .. I am a basket case... Thank You

I am sorry you are having anxiety. You might see your dr for medication for anxiety. Also, exercise like walking briskly for30 min. may help to calm you, and it helps stress as well. If you are drinking caffiene then that also adds to anxiety.

There are herbs in health food store for a alternative approach.

Hi thank you for your prayers, God is Good All the time..
I was at my dr. yesterday, he said he thinks I have Leaky Gut and and infection in my stomach causing alot of problems with hormones and supplements and in my health as a whole,... so I am starting a low carb diet the Zone to help kill the yeast over growth and a supplement that will help heal the Leaky Gut... I know I have not been the same sense the chemo and radation 7 years ago,... now I am finding out that, that could have caused the problems that I have had for long time... I just am reacting to the supplements that is suppose to help me get better....in time that should go away as my leaky gut heals...
The Lord is with me showing me the way, He has a plan for my Life,... I am going to Trust Him.....
