Any Cupertino, CA sisters out there?

HI,

My husband and I are considering a move to Cupertino, CA and was interesting in hearing from any sisters who live in the area? What do you like, dislike?

We currently live in Melbourne, FL (about an hour from where the shuttles are launched) and have visited San Francisco, San Diego, Monterey, Napa/Sonoma and loved them all. Have never lived anywhere but Florida so am a bit anxious about possible moving across the country. My husband is thinking of applying for an engineering job at Apple and I am an elementary teacher. Any thoughts/comments on the area would be greatly appreciated. I figured with all the sisters out there this would be a good place to post this question.

Hi there: I live in the west portion of San Jose which is very close to Cupertino. I love it here, but then again I was born and raised in the Bay Area. The Cupertino School District has a wonderful reputation! The downfall of course is traffic. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
