Bladder Problem????

Hello,

Does anyone consider this a problem, when you don't know when you have to go??? After my TAH/BSO, I can no longer tell when my bladder is full or empty. Is this a problem? UTI has been ruled out or should I count this as a blessing. Sometimes I have pains but when I go to the bathroom, it is very little.

Thanks for any advice.

Bladder Problem????

My bladder has been different since surgery, but I almost always have the urge. In fact I always feel pressure. Sometimes when I go it starts and stops or I have to force, but none the less I always have the urge. I get pain or bladder spasms after sometimes. I wonder if a nerve or something to your bladder was damaged. I would keep after my dr. doesnt sound normal to me.

Good luck and keep us posted.

Bladder Problem????

I am having many problems with my bladder! I had other problems as well but I have managed to get those in control. My bladder is a whole other thing entirely. I would call your doctor. I am going on August 4th as well. I have to have my bladder checked for many reasons. I am constantly using the bathroom.. I get pain and pressure and that is how I know I need to use the bathroom. The sensation is totally changed now. My bladder hurts big time when I use the bathroom. I was told it could be a prolapsed bladder or that I have a damaged nerve.. good luck!
