my niece Alicia

Hello everyone,it's been a long time since i posted,i have posted on thoughts and prayers for my niece 2 years ago,well here is her story today.Alicia was 16 years old when she found out she had stage 2 ovarian cancer.She had her ovaries removed,then at her 6 month check up,they found it had spread to her uterus.1 week after her 17th birthday she had a total hysterectomy,they also removed 17 lynph nodes.she went through chemo,no radiation.Today she is doing very good,shes happy,and cancer free.Thanks to this site,i have gotten through my own hysterectomy,and also found wonder support and comfort in dealing with alicias cancer...
