Good Morning Ladies
Sitting here just reading a couple of new post. Had a kinda rough night I just could not get comfortable, I still had a sore back I went to bed @ 10:30pm and I was up @ 12:10am; layed a while and got up 3am to watch some other than that I feel great.
It's been really HOT in our area -- hitting 99; humidity 110 so I have not been taking my daily walks outside. Just feeling alittle down since I haven't been sleeping well

I can't sleep either, plus my back is achy....
I know hormones help with sleep (I'm only on estrogen patch right now, but checking into progesterone since some of the sisters suggested it), but I think the humidity is hurting my back (even though we have a/c, it's just soooo muggy that it's miserable.) I've resorted to taking Benadryl before I go to bed, but it's really not helping....
Hope you feel better soon, and I hope the temps cool down for everyone affected!!

Good Morning Ladies
Hugs to everybody! I was not able to sleep at night for the first 3 weeks after surgery, and was only able to get choppy sleep at odd hours during the day. When that night comes that you sleep through, it is cause for CELEBRATION!!! and I hope everyone reaches it soon. Now, if I can just get the achy back thing resolved!

Good Morning Ladies
I know how you feel about wanting to do something other than just sitting and "recovering". I too was having problems sleeping - particularly getting to sleep. What saved me was being able to resume my walking program. It helped to wear me out and sleep better, although not right away. Hang in there and give it some time. You may need to walk early in the day or later if the humidity is a factor.
Hugs to you, Maria. Hang in there!!
