LAVH - on the way to recovery

I got my period at 11, and from the onset it was never far away. Every month, for a week, without fail, ever. Never missed a period, and it was always 26 to 32 days, like clockwork. I have a powerful endocrine system, and any women around me ussualy melded to my cycle, not the other way around.

I always had a generous, and uncomfortable period, that was to a degree, restrictive, and messy. But my problems only emerged in a serious way when I hit my late twenties and Myoma, (fibroids) happened. A few years ago, an attempt was made to save my uterus, but it failed, as the myoma reappeared in even greated numbers. The uterus is now gone, with my blessing, and with that of my angel, who is my doctor.

My hospital experience is/was too painful, so I blocked it out, but I was catherised for thirty hours, and as I cannot take narcotics, my blocking out was mental, not drug induced. But, now I am on the way to recovery, a new life, and all will be good.

There is a chance I may have some slight endometriosis, but unless I am told I have it, I will assume it was a birthmark on the inside...
