4 years since hysterectomy

I am a new member in desperate need of help. I had my hysterectomy in January of 2003. I went thru my depression and everything dealing with the cancer and hysterectomy. My sex life was pretty normal after words. Then all of a sudden last September, this is weird and is hard to talk about, my sex drive took a huge dive. My husband complained about it feeling like I had a bigger penis inside of me. To me I had no feelings whatsoever during intercourse. Kinda numb would be the best way to describe it. But during foreplay I had this weird I guess you could call it an electrical feeling around my clitoris, and I could not reach an orgasm. Before all this happen I went to the doctor complaining of bloating. I literally gained 25 pounds of water, and was only going to the bathroom twice a day. Now a year later this sexual problem has happened a total of twice. My husband is constantly accusing me of sleeping with my neighbor, which I haven't, and has literally gone crazy over it, to the point of going to a mental hospital. He is constantly wanting sex, when I don't anymore. And when we do, I feel like it is only to check me out. I did have surgery two months ago, because I had scar tissue and lesions on my bladder due to the hysterectomy. I do not want this to ruin my marriage, I do not know why my vagina walls seemed so stretched out like he says. He keeps telling me nobody else has these symptoms 4 years after a hysterectomy. If somebody out there knows or has experienced what I have PLEASE HELP.

Confused and desperate,

4 years since hysterectomy

hi, i feel bad for you honey.i am 3 yrs post hysterectomy,my sex life sucks severley at times too.orgasm is a fickle thing to me sometimes it comes and sometimes no amount of struggling will achieve it. also tell your husband he has got it wrong my vagina changes shape ,also some times i cant feel my husband, its like ive stretched and then other times i feel too tight.libido is what i also struggle with, my husband wants it continually but i only feel like it now and again.so you are not alone in what you are feeling.
i hope this reasuures you that you are normal, remember every womans body is different and how we are after the op is too.
god bless nina
